Five-time winner of “Best Product of the Year 2011"

Bauknecht received a total of 14 Plus X Award seals at this year’s Plus X Award ceremony, including the prize “Best Product of the Year 2011” fives times. With this achievement, Bauknecht has not only repeated its success of last year’s but has once again asserted the leading position of the brand itself and its products in terms of functionality, ecology, high quality, ease of use and design. In awarding these seals, the adjudicators acknowledged the brand's commitment to satisfying customer needs which, at Bauknecht, is at the heart of product development.

At the 2011 Plus X Award ceremony, Bauknecht won seals in all product areas. In addition, the household appliance manufacturer was awarded the highly coveted prize of “Best Product of the Year 2011” for the following appliances: The EcoStyle washing machine, the EcoStyle dryer, the ZEN toploader, the MW 79 IN microwave and the KOSMOS fully automatic coffee machine. The “Best Product” award is conferred on a product in each category selected from all the appliances submitted.

Following awards presented for the Most Innovative Brand 2009 and 2010, Bauknecht was honoured by the Plus X Award adjudicators for the third consecutive time with the highest distinction “Most Innovative Brand of the Year” in the product group Large Household Appliances. This recognition acknowledges that the brand is on the right path of focusing on the needs of consumers, who are at the centre of all Bauknecht product developments.
